Regency Towers has been a landmark on Santa Rosa Island for over 5 decades,  located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, just east of Pensacola Beach’s main Casino Beach.

Our two, eight story residential condominiums, consist of 126 units that are situated directly on the famous white sandy beaches of Santa Rosa Island.  Condominium balconies enjoy exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico and patio condominiums for those wanting to be more grounded are steps away from the gorgeous white sand.

Amenities include a beautiful two-story clubhouse facility over water with a large meeting/event room, full kitchen and a fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts and an inviting outdoor pool area.

We are located close by to many restaurants on the island with free trolley service available during the summer months and conveniently located close to shopping and grocery stores in Gulf Breeze.  

Pensacola is the home of the Blue Angels Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron, and our location allows owners and guests a spectacular view of the annual show and multiple fly-byes during the summer season.
